2/28/2019- Michael Guarnier and his team is the one to go for a thoroughly home inspection. something that make very comfortable is that he are ASHI certified. But besides that he also A real expert that has besides the bread and butter standard 4 point inspections and do some others that is very technical like underground sewer pipe line.
Because of him I could save $20k in my last transaction. He cought some problems inside the line and I had arguments to negociate the price of the property.
Besides using him for my personal purchases . Having a Local Painting and Home Improvement Company ( The Captain Painter ) it is very important that I connect and partner with reputable and reliable local business. So If you if you are looking to buy or sell a commercial, investiment and / or residential property here he is one in the top of the list of my recommendations to be your real estate power team!! 2/08/2018 - BPG and especially our inspector Michael Gaurnier is in my opinion the best you could hope for in home inspections. I've used him personally twice now and he is extraordinarily thorough and professional. Very friendly with all the tools and knowledge to alert you of any issues in the home from the past, present , and even future. His reports are highly detailed and will show things that other inspectors will completely miss. I've seen this myself first hand.
You can follow him the entire time and ask all the questions you'd like. In fact he encourages it. My last inspection took a little over three hours and was well worth it. You will not regret choosing him as your inspector I can assure you. Highly recommended. Thanks Michael.

8/04/2018 - We had to use BPG again for another inspection as we didn't go through with the other home due to his findings. TG.
Michael came out again and was on time, very nice and professional. He was extremely thorough and took his time. We asked many questions as he was going through and it was never a bother. Took his time and explained everything until we understood. He kept reminding us we can call him anytime with any questions. The reports he provided was extremely well done and again very thorough.
I would STRONGLY recommend using Michael. He was very knowledgeable and again very nice. He really went above and beyond. Worth every penny!

We are happy to confirm that he more than lived up to our high expectations. He reached out prior to the inspection to discuss our concerns, was extremely professional and thorough during the inspection and took the time to explain the issues he encountered and answer our many questions, and was even an invaluable resource after the inspection (promptly answering our follow-up questions on who to use and how to go about certain repairs and upgrades).
